Description

The Finance and Administration department is responsible for all the best support within an organization. Also, for planning, coordinating and directing the daily operations to the business units. It is mandated to provide assistance to all departments of the organization in different countries.

At present, we are looking for devoted ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST to join our talented and rapidly expanding team in Vilnius office.


Main responsibilities:

  • Incoming invoice processing
  • Bank payment and receipts accounting
  • Expenses report accounting
  • Other day-to-day accounting operations

Requirements

  • Higher education in accounting, finance or economics
  • Accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Experience working with Navision accounting system would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian written and spoken
  • High level of responsibility
  • Accuracy
